1. General terms



We only make our services to following conditions , supplementary agreements and changes have to be in online or written form. Conditions are not binding for us , even if they are not particulary rejected. Orders have to be in written form. Verbal orders have to be acknowledge receipt by letter. Obvious errors , mistakes or miscalculations are not binding for us. In case of non-compliance with our business terms , especially on arrears , we are legitimated to suspend or to cancel the execution of the existing orders totally or in part. We reserve the right to shortening reports in our rubric Novelties . The author is responible for the contents.

2. Offers/Prices , Completion, life of contract and cancellation

Our offers are concurring with the price list above. All prices are net prices in Eurocurrency including legal value added tax. Orders will be confirmed by means of bill . The time of an contract for an subscriber is one year and will be extended for another year in tacit understanding , except of cancellation three months before the expiry of the contract in written form.

Time of contract for Advertisement in our rubric "used market" is 3 months or 6 months.

3. terms of payment

All bills have to be payed within 14 days of invoice. In case of arrears 4% interests above the discount rate will be charged. All incoming payments will be set off against the oldest dept. If they are already outlays for collections and interests they will be balanced at first.
